Dr. Steve Milligan DC

Dr. Milligan is one of 50 board certified upper cervical chiroprators and specializes in Atlas Orthoganol chiropractics.

Prior to becoming a Chiropractor in 1996, Dr. Milligan worked for 15 years as a paramedic, and fire fighter.  He is also a decorated Vietnam Veteran.
